Jennifer Williams began her optical career in 1992 as an apprentice under Raleigh native Doug Clifton, who founded the business in 1989. Under Doug’s guidance and expertise, Jennifer earned her NC Optician’s License in 1997. In 2010, after 38 years in the optical field, Doug decided to retire, entrusting Jennifer with the future of For

In 2010, after 38 years in the optical field, Doug decided to retire, entrusting Jennifer with the future of For Your Eyes Only. In 2025, after 32 years in the optical field, Jennifer has now passed that torch to Dr. Laura Kimble. Throughout the years, the entire team at For Your Eyes Only has upheld Doug’s commitment to providing a welcoming and lighthearted atmosphere.
